COVID-19, UPDATE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

Dear valued customers,

With all the uncertainty in relation to COVID-19, we wanted to let you know that the health and safety of our customers, team members and their families is our number one priority. We are sharing some of the things we’re doing to ensure everyone who enters our showroom or works with us is safe, as well as doing our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

We are following the advice and recommendations from the Australian Government and World Health Organisation (WHO) and taking the following steps to help keep our customers and staff safe and minimise the spread of the virus.

• In addition to our regular cleaning, we are taking additional steps to ensure our showroom is clean and hygienic for everyone. This includes additional cleaning and sanitisation of our showroom; particularly high touch areas, such as desks, doors, Eftpos machines, counters, handrails, caravans.
• Team members have been briefed on safer cleaning practices and personal hygiene to reduce the spread of the virus.
• Team members who show symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has travelled overseas within the last 14 days are requested to stay at home.
• Staff will be practicing social distancing and no longer shaking hands with customers or fellow team members.
• For customers isolating at home or wishing to minimise their contact with people, we are now offering a free pick up service for your caravan or camper service and repair requirements. This offer is for pick up and drop off in the Adelaide metropolitan area and all service and repair work will be completed in our Para Hills Workshop.
• We will now be closed on Saturday’s and open for appointments only. If you would prefer to vist our showroom without other customers, feel free to contact us to make an appointment time.
